X-Golf Alliance Fall League(s) — Three-Person Scramble
Fall League registration is officially open!
This fall, X-Golf Alliance will host two separate leagues — one on Tuesday nights and one on Wednesday nights. Each league will feature its own standings, playoffs, and championship.
Spots are limited and will be secured on a first-paid, first-served basis.
League Overview
Format: Three-person team scramble League Length: 10 weeks Regular Season: 8 weeks Playoffs: 2 weeks League Start: Tuesday, October 6 / Wednesday, October 7 Thanksgiving BYE: November 24–25 Championship Week: December 15–16 League Nights: Tuesday or Wednesday Start Time: 7:30 p.m. Capacity: 12 teams / 36 players per league night Total Capacity: 24 teams / 72 players
Players may register as a complete three-person team or individually. Individual registrants will be matched with other available players whenever possible.
Weekly League Format
Each week, teams will compete against the entire field in a 9-hole, handicapped, net stroke-play, three-person scramble.
Weekly Scoring: Teams will earn points based on their net finishing position against the field each week.
Season Standings: Weekly points will accumulate throughout the eight-week regular season to determine the final regular-season standings.
Playoffs: Regular-season standings will determine each team’s starting-stroke position in the playoffs using a FedEx Cup-style format. Teams that finish higher in the standings will begin the playoffs with a scoring advantage.
Bay Pairings: Team pairings will rotate throughout the season, giving players the opportunity to compete alongside different teams and participate in optional side matches.
Makeup Rounds: Teams unable to attend their regularly scheduled league night may complete their round separately during the designated scoring window. Bay time for makeup rounds played outside of the official league night is not included in the registration fee.
Substitutes: Teams may use substitute players with a valid X-Golf handicap or an approved adjusted GHIN Handicap Index.
Handicap Round
Each new league player will receive one complimentary hour of bay time before Week 1 to complete an X-Golf handicap round.
Players may complete their handicap round individually or alongside their team.
The following handicap rules will apply:
Players who complete the X-Golf handicap round will use their adjusted X-Golf handicap.
Players who do not complete the handicap round but have a valid GHIN Handicap Index will play at 50% of their GHIN handicap.
Players who do not complete the handicap round and do not have a valid GHIN handicap will play at scratch.
Handicaps will be updated weekly throughout the season to help maintain fair competition and prevent sandbagging.
Complimentary handicap rounds are subject to bay availability and must be completed before league play begins. Additional restrictions may apply.
Pricing
$275 per player
$825 per three-person team
League registration includes scheduled bay time for all eight regular-season rounds and both playoff rounds.
Each player will receive approximately 31 hours of golf throughout the season, including the complimentary handicap-round hour for new players. That represents an estimated $390 value for only $275 — approximately $9 per hour per player.
Bay time for separately scheduled makeup rounds is not included.
League Night Extras
League nights are about more than just the official competition. Throughout the season, players can expect:

Participation in money games is completely optional and requires a separate entry from the league registration fee.

Absolutely! Our goal is to encourage new players to the game. Please advise when you book that you are a beginner and we can arrange to spend a little extra time with you. You can also book your first time at an X-Golf with a PGA teaching professional to go through the fundamentals of holding clubs to the basic swing.
Yes, we encourage players to bring their own clubs, though rental clubs are available.
The fee is for the simulator time, regardless of how many people are playing and it is not per person. Each individual can finish 18 holes in about one hour (or two people can play 9 holes each in about one hour). If you add more people it will take 1 hour per person added to play 18 holes.
No need, the simulator has its own tee built into the system…plus it collects and tees the balls automatically.
Yes, all locations have rentals. Check with your preferred location on pricing.
Yes. We welcome children of all ages.
Generally it takes 1 hour for an individual player to play 18 holes. If you have more than one player you may want to book an additional hour for each player in your group, but skill level can have an effect on pace of play.
Booking a tee time is highly recommended either online or calling your preferred location. Most X-Golf locations frequently sell out during busy times/weekends.
Gift cards are available and can be purchased at the preferred location or digitally online.
Golf shoes with soft spikes only are allowed (please make sure they are clean) but tennis shoes work great on the artificial turf, as well.
No we supply the golf balls and the automatic tee system.
