Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, who meet all entry requirements. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter: Follow the instructions provided in the giveaway post during the promotional period. Only eligible entries received during the stated entry period will be considered.
Prize: One (1) brand new driver (approximate retail value: $490). No cash or prize substitutions are permitted, except at the discretion of X-Golf America.
Winner Selection: One (1) eligible winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries. The random selection may be conducted using a third-party random giveaway/winner-selection tool.
Winner Notification: The selected winner will be contacted via direct message from the official X-Golf account. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity/Likeness Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants X-Golf America permission to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: X-Golf America reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is suspected of fraudulent or inappropriate activity. X-Golf America reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

For what it’s worth, the two lower-priority items I mentioned before (an odds-of-winning statement and a note pointing entrants to your privacy policy for how their info is used) are still worth considering, but I didn’t add them since you didn’t flag them โ happy to fold those in too if you want the most complete version.
